早上好!今天我發(fā)言的題目是“保護環(huán)境，共建綠色校園”。
同學們，當你過著無憂無慮的生活時，可曾想到我們周圍的環(huán)境正一步步惡化?當你隨手丟下紙屑時，可曾想到我們已陷入垃圾圍城的危機當中?曾幾何時，天空那么藍，河水那么清，就在大自然給予我們美的享受的同時，人類卻在不斷地傷害她。我們生活的地球變得越來越擁擠，環(huán)境污染變得越來越嚴重，資源也變得越來越匱乏。人類在不斷追求工業(yè)生產(chǎn)、社會進步，創(chuàng)造了經(jīng)濟的奇跡，可無知與貪婪卻留下了可怕的惡果。正如作家雨果曾經(jīng)說過：“大自然既是善良的慈母，同時也是冷酷的屠夫。”大家一定對近期席卷全國的霧霾天氣記憶猶新吧，“世界上最遠的距離，不是生與死的距離，而是我在街頭牽著你的手，卻看不見你的臉!”霧霾天氣給我們的生活造成了嚴重的影響，南京中小學甚至因此而停課等等這樣的例子舉不勝舉。因此環(huán)境保護迫在眉睫!
保護環(huán)境，就是拯救我們?nèi)祟愖约?。早在__79年，我國政府就已經(jīng)決定將每年的3月12日定為“植樹節(jié)”。通過這種活動，來激發(fā)全國人民愛林、造林、護林的熱情，提高人們對保護環(huán)境的認識。
身為學生的你們應當從自己做起，從身邊的小事做起，用實際行動為我們的美好環(huán)境出一份力。我們要做護花使者，用心呵護校園里的花草樹木，不踐踏花草，不攀折樹枝，并阻止任何破壞花草樹木的行為，讓綠色永駐我們的校園。當?shù)厣嫌欣鴷r，我你們應該將它撿起，將垃圾扔進垃圾桶中;我們應該時刻保持教室里桌椅的干凈整齊;我們應該保持教室后櫥柜的整潔等等。

今天我講話的題目是《保護環(huán)境，從我做起》。
在人類生存發(fā)展，曾遇到過許多的敵人：戰(zhàn)爭、災荒、瘟疫、這每一種敵人都曾使人類付出過慘重的代價。然而，今天人們面臨的的敵人，已不是戰(zhàn)爭、疾病、天災以及瘟疫，而是無處不在的環(huán)境問題!
大氣污染超標、溫室效應增強、臭氧層被破壞、土地沙漠化、水資源污染嚴重、海洋生態(tài)危機、綠色屏障銳減、物種消失加劇、垃圾威脅人類、人口增長過快，這些世界性的環(huán)境問題，究其原因，都是人類在發(fā)展經(jīng)濟的過程中，對自然資源和生態(tài)環(huán)境的不合理利用和破壞所致。
這一切的現(xiàn)實，讓每一個關心祖國前進和發(fā)展的中國人深感痛心。保護環(huán)境，利在當代，功在千秋，這是一項崇高而偉大的事業(yè)，更是中化民族千秋萬代利益所在。
千里之行，始于足下。保護環(huán)境，建設美好家園，要從我做起，從小事做起。心動不如行動。只要我們確實落實我們的言行，不亂丟垃圾，不浪費糧食，限度地節(jié)約用水，節(jié)約能源，節(jié)約用紙，拒絕使用一次性的“白色污染物”，乘公共交通旅行，多栽樹種草，保護好野生動植物資源，自覺地遵守各項環(huán)境法規(guī)。那么，我們頭頂上的天空將會變得更藍，身邊的河水會變得更清，空中的鳥兒將會鳴叫得更加響亮，生活在其中的人們將會變得更加健康快樂。
我很高興地經(jīng)?？吹皆S多同學在校園的各個角落撿拾果皮紙屑;用自己的雙手去保護和營造優(yōu)美的校園環(huán)境。但是，我們也經(jīng)?？吹揭恍┪覀儾辉敢饪吹降那榫埃翰賵錾稀翘萆?、走廊上有紙屑、食品袋;雪白的墻壁上被印上手印、腳印和球印;教室里、走廊上留有難以清除的口香糖的污跡……這說明，我們的習慣還沒有很好的養(yǎng)成。

在今天的班會上，我要演講的題目是“環(huán)?！?，我為什么要演講這個題目呢?因為現(xiàn)在的人們都沒有環(huán)保意識，一上街，一些生活垃圾時不時就出現(xiàn)在我們的眼前，易拉罐、香口膠、玻璃瓶等等的垃圾都散落在地面，“五顏六色、千奇百怪”。一旦被外國人看見了，還以為我們在舉辦堆放垃圾的活動呢。所以，我希望通過這次演講，能讓人們產(chǎn)生對環(huán)保的認識，讓我們的家園變得美好起來。
許多朋友可能會說：“怎么才能讓現(xiàn)在的人們又環(huán)保意識呢?！币酝膭裾f、懲罰已經(jīng)沒有用了。唯一的辦法就是讓大家意識到亂扔垃圾的后果有多么嚴重，接下來，讓我給大家講一講亂扔垃圾的后果：首先，垃圾會堆滿大家的走道，導致行走不方便，接下來，老鼠、蟑螂、蚊子等昆蟲會布滿整個城市，而樹木因為被垃圾隊滿了而沒有養(yǎng)分可吸收而枯萎，小鳥們也到了其它地方去生活，這樣，害蟲們沒有天敵，就會更加猖狂，他們把周圍的垃圾吃光后，就來攻擊人類，平民百姓們斗不過害蟲，只好被害蟲們吃掉，最后，整個城市只剩下幾千萬只害蟲了。

In each of these accidents heavy casualties were reported – houses were burned down students lost their lives and properties were damaged. Faced with such a chilling fact people keep asking “What on earth results in these repeated tragedies?”

A brief survey of them reveals that human factors still prove to be the leading causes. For example three of these fires were caused by the students’ use of electric water-heaters. As students often leave the heaters unattended the risks are rather high should the water in the bottle boil dry while no one is around to turn off the power. In other cases fires were also caused by stoves candles cigarette butts etc.

有人曾說，生命有一種硬度，氣節(jié)和尊嚴是撐起生命硬度的骨骼。寧為玉碎，不為瓦全、仰不愧于天，俯不怍于地，這是歷來的傳統(tǒng)美德。李白的安能摧眉折腰事權(quán)貴，使我不得開心顏這一大氣凜然的詩句又是否會讓那些毫無自尊的人汗顏？喪失了自尊的人是一個沒出息的人，而我們作為時代的花朵，要是永遠在黑暗中沉溺呢，還是要做一個頂天立地的好男兒，一朵綻放在風雨中的鏗鏘玫瑰。答案，不言而喻。大漠再荒涼也有豐碑的矗立，青山再孤高，也有長城的環(huán)繞，河水再平靜，也有蛟龍的橫臥。而時代再怎么變，我們的形象，我們的雄風依然如故。因為我們自尊，因為我們自信，因為我們有著鮮活的生命。而正因如此，河岸才悠悠，大漠才廣袤，青山才長青，生命的硬度才長存。
老師、同學們：
大家好！
我演講的題目是《人人講“誠信”，世界更美好》。
誠信，就是要誠實、守信用，對自己、對他人、對集體要有責任感。它既是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)美德，也是我們每個人應該做到的最起碼的道德標準。我們的父母和老師常常用他們的言行教導我們：“從小就要做一個有誠信的人?！?/p>
記得在元旦前夕，為了讓教室的環(huán)境布置更漂亮些，我請求媽媽抽空到班上來幫幫忙，媽媽答應第二天中午過來。誰知，第二天一早就紛紛揚揚地下起了鵝毛大雪，不一會兒，大地就積起了厚厚的冰雪，天地間一片白色，銀裝素裹的冰雪世界煞是好看，同學們開心極了。不過，路上的行人可沒那么輕松了，雪大路滑，一不小心就會摔個嘴啃泥。我的心越來越不踏實，我既希望看到媽媽的身影，又擔心媽媽在路上不安全。到了中午時分，老師帶我們?nèi)パ莶d拍錄像，剛到樓下，我一眼就看到一個大雪人出現(xiàn)在我們面前：她的頭發(fā)、眉毛、衣服全是白的，連眼鏡的玻璃片都是白的，她就是我的媽媽呀，她不管天氣的惡劣，如約地來了！我還看到了一個別人不易察覺的細節(jié)——媽媽的一個膝蓋又臟又濕，樣子好狼狽，可她的臉上堆滿了笑容，我真想撲上去擁抱她，為她送上一點溫暖，可我還是轉(zhuǎn)過臉去不再看她，因為，我不想讓她看到我流淚的樣子。同學們，你們和自己的家人之間可能也有類似的故事，你們也被深深地感動過，這——就是母親對孩子的誠信。
還有一次，具體的時間我記不清了，但肯定是我上一年級的時候。那天晚上，我對數(shù)學作業(yè)有些模糊，非常著急，就想給x老師打電話問問清楚，一看，時間已經(jīng)是晚上七點多了，媽媽說：“x老師一定已經(jīng)回家了，給她家里打電話吧?！彪娫挻蜻^去，接電話的是一個大哥哥的聲音，他說：“x老師還沒回家呢?！蔽蚁耄豪蠋焸兛墒俏妩c左右就下班的呀，x老師不會還在學校吧？我抱著試試看的心情撥通了x老師辦公室的電話，很快，從電話那頭傳來了x老師親切的聲音，我奇怪地問：“x老師，您怎么還在學校？”x老師很輕松地說：“學校剛開學，還有很多事要做哪?！蔽覀兌贾?，x老師也有一個需要照顧的小家，也有一個盼著她早點回家的兒子，可是x老師……這就是一個老師對工作、對學生的誠信。這件事過去很久了，x老師可能已經(jīng)完全沒有了印象，因為這樣的日子對她來說實在是太多太多了，可這件事會永遠永遠地留在我的心中，一直會鞭策著我，告訴我要做個像老師一樣對社會、對他人有誠信的人。
說了這么多，不要以為誠信只是大人的事，其實，誠信無時不在，無處不在，誠信就在你我的身邊。
一個人只有講誠信，別人才會稱贊他、尊重他、親近他、信任他，有困難時才會幫助他。否則，他將是一個孤獨的人。同學們，讓我們都來講誠信吧，從身邊的每一件小事做起：譬如，昨天你答應過老師要努力學習；今天早上你答應過爸媽要認真聽講，你就一定要做到。只有我們?nèi)巳酥v誠信，時時講誠信，這個世界就會充滿真善美，我們的世界就會更美好！

秋收起義途中被捕，急中生智虎口脫險；
長征路上九死一生，沖破多少艱難險阻；
轉(zhuǎn)戰(zhàn)陜北兵臨城下，重圍之中談笑自若；
敵機城南突然襲擊，吟詩作賦胸有成竹；
革命一生痛失親人，胸懷人民福祉中華。
這位胸才大略，高瞻遠矚，數(shù)風流人物的人民領袖毛主席，為了人民得解放，為了建立新中國，傾其一生，百般磨難，最終在他的英明領導下，*了舊中國，*了*，建立了新中國，可謂是歷盡千險萬阻，流血犧牲才取得的成功是多么不易呀！
成功者是需要堅韌的毅力和非凡的勇氣，一個人經(jīng)歷一些挫折并不是一件壞事情，“自古雄才多磨難”，在我們成長的道路上，有坦途也有坎坷，有鮮花也有荊棘，在你伸手摘取美麗的鮮花時，荊棘同時會刺傷你的手，如果因為怕痛，就不愿伸手，那么對于這種人來說，再美麗的鮮花也是可望而不可及的。
成功永遠屬于挑戰(zhàn)失敗的人，我們擁有年輕，年輕沒有失敗，只要能戰(zhàn)勝荊棘，戰(zhàn)勝自我，即便是弄得遍體鱗傷，至少能夠證明我們以往奮斗過，我們不應是挫折的奴隸！
同學們，在學習中你遇到過挫折嗎？如測驗不合格，考試不夢想，這會兒對一道作文題目無從下筆，那會兒對一條數(shù)學題毫無頭緒等，這個時候，你們就該正視挫折，永不言敗，努力走向成功。我們偉大的共產(chǎn)黨，毛主席不也是經(jīng)過無數(shù)次沉重的打擊，失敗，應對一次又一次重大挫折，始終堅持清醒的頭腦，一次次化險為夷，并最終取得了革命的最終勝利，建立了新中國嗎？

梁啟超曾經(jīng)說過：“人生須知負責任的苦處，才能知道盡責任的樂趣?！彼f的好，一個人要想在學校中、家庭里、乃至社會上立足，就必須盡到自己應盡到的責任，心中時時充滿著責任感，才會體會到付出和兌現(xiàn)自己責任后的快樂。
縱觀現(xiàn)在社會上的清潔工、醫(yī)生、教師、工人等不同職業(yè)的人，他們恪盡職守，堅守著自己的崗位，時時刻刻提醒自己應該做什么，怎樣把事情做好。這些工作崗位不同的人，都勇于在生活中把自己的責任放在最首，用責任心去完成自己應該完成的一切。他們把平常的小事看成一座高峰，不攀到峰頂，不把事情做到完美，是不會輕易罷休的。他們每個人心中都蘊含著一把責任的鑰匙，要用自己的行動和責任感，打開一把堅固的鎖，敞開一扇厚厚的大門，進入一個全新的空間。
其實，生活中也有許多和我們年紀相仿的同學與責任的事情。在電影《一個獨生子女》的影片中，不到10歲的女孩張鳴鳴的父親去世了，媽媽又因心臟病臥倒在床。她十分懂事，用自己平時積攢的零錢交了學費，同時也挑起做家務的擔子。她做完家務還要寫作業(yè)，在學校也爭當一位好學生。媽媽看了鳴鳴的日記后自責委屈了女兒，但鳴鳴為了不讓媽媽傷心，就燒掉了日記。一天雷雨之夜，媽媽被送進醫(yī)院，此后鳴鳴每天不僅堅持上學，而且要跑去醫(yī)院給媽媽送飯。她的作業(yè)都是在病床上完成的。為了給媽媽補充營養(yǎng)，鳴鳴殺了自己心愛的小雞。她的學習不斷進步，文章在小記者報上發(fā)表，臂上也帶上了大隊委的標志，可媽媽病情越來越重。媽媽在被送進急救間搶救過來之后，鳴鳴臉上綻開了幸福的笑容。在生活的磨難中，鳴鳴逐漸成長，勇敢地走向明天……
文中的鳴鳴，在父親去世、母親大病的情況下獨立生活，每天除了做完作業(yè)，辦完自己該做的事情之后，還要做家務，打掃屋子。面對家庭的貧窮，鳴鳴樂觀地生活著，用自己稚嫩的雙手撐起了家庭的天空。這，就是責任;這，就是不會被困難擊倒的責任!
在人生的長河里，即使有一些事情你不一定喜歡去做，但這些事情卻都是我們必須要做的，這就是責任的含義。它所占有的面積，是比海還深、比山還高、比天空還廣闊的，就像是一只鯤鵬，在藍天中自由地暢游和翱翔……

大家好！
今天我要競選的職務是班長。今天我之所以在這里參加競選，是希望把我們班建立成為學校領導與學生之間心靈的橋梁，成為師生的一條紐帶，成為一個真正的為同學服務，同學們真正愛它的團體，同時我也想鍛煉一下自己的能力，給自己一個展示能力的舞臺。
所謂“班長”，就是“一班之長”的意思，要給全班同學做出一個榜樣，要處處以身作則，其次，要管理班級和同學，要為大眾服務，更要去創(chuàng)造一個嶄新的自己，一個嶄新的班級。如果我成功競選，我會更加嚴格要求自己，不卑不亢，讓自己做得更好，給大家做個榜樣；同時我也會更好地管理班級，使其成為年級中的強者。
但是如果結(jié)果不給力的話，我也不會氣餒，調(diào)整好心態(tài)，做好真正的自己！流星的光輝來自天體的摩擦，珍珠的璀璨來自貝殼的眼淚，而一個班級的優(yōu)秀來自班干部的領導和全體同學的共同努力。所以，我真誠地希望老師和同學們能夠相信我，支持我，給我這次展示能力的機會。

在《紅樓夢》中，賈惜春留給許多人的印象無疑是冷漠、膽小、看破紅塵、不近人情，可是，難道惜春真的是如此嗎?
首先，關于惜春冷漠。許多讀者認為惜春冷漠大概就是因為惜春“心冷口冷心狠意狠”地把無罪的入畫攆了出去，并且還說“或打，或殺，或賣，我一概不管”。可是，若細細想來，也是情由可原的：在書中，對惜春的身世只這么說，賈敬在她出生后不久就離家住進了“玄真觀”，母不詳。這便是讓惜春孤僻的一個原因，另一個原因就是惜春一出生便接到榮國府來住，其實質(zhì)也是寄人籬下的。因此，在賈府的各種歡樂宴席中，很少見惜春參加，即便是參加，也不過是一個串場，意思一下便回蓼風軒了。在賈母讓惜春作畫一回中，當“天氣寒冷了，膠性都凝澀不潤”，賈母依然叫她“不管冷暖，你要畫去”，“我當下就要的，你別脫懶兒”。可見賈府的人對惜春的冷漠的態(tài)度。在這種情況“無”父無母的情況下，最需要別人摟抱、關愛的惜春，無緣倒入賈母的懷中、無緣受到家人的關愛，一個賈家的小姐，受到家人的如此“關心”，她能與其他姑娘們親密無間地相處嗎?當賈家被抄后，惜春說“善惡生死，父子不能有所助，何況你我二人之間?”，她說這句話，其實就是一種成熟的表現(xiàn)，是對賈府的不滿，對寧府的不滿，寧府的腐化、男女的污穢，使她已經(jīng)不能忍受了，因此，為了自己靈魂的高潔，她只能這樣，作一個樣子，讓別人覺得她“無情”、“冷漠”，好讓她以后出家，不在這攀龍附鳳的家族中生活。
惜春素日與書卷為伴，她從書中明白了許多道理，也從書中看到了賈府的烏煙瘴氣，其中“元妃省親”一回中惜春所做的詩便可以證明：眾人都以“景”延伸為將來賈府的欣欣向榮的景象，但獨有惜春作的詩只寫景，而不寫“家”，可見惜春早已看破紅塵。在書中我們可以經(jīng)常看到她的這樣的思維軌跡：“在如此一個水深火熱的家庭，弄不好便會臊給自己一身灰。”更重要的是，惜春心理的成熟使她已經(jīng)看到了一個泱泱大家最后的悲哀，她的冷漠也是來源于如此一個光輝家族最后要泯滅的一種絕望，一種無能為力的沮喪，使她喪失了對生活的憧憬，于是，她把精神寄托給“佛”，與塵緣一刀兩斷，更何況，惜春自己說的“不做狠心人，難得自了漢”就更能說明她對“佛”的向往，對世間的嫉恨，但她的出身使她無法去反抗以賈母、王夫人為首的“封建派”，因此只能選擇逃避來反抗封建的禮教，也就是出家為尼。而她說的“生在這種人家，不便出家”一句由說明了她是很顧大體的，想到自己出家后賈府在人們中的形象會變得更加惡劣，于是沒有武斷地落發(fā)為尼，而在賈府敗落后才作出決定。而她剛開始被尤氏認為“冷心冷面”“怪道都說四姑娘年輕糊涂”也是因為“你們不識幾個字，所以都是些呆子，看著明白人，倒說我年輕糊涂”，一般不仔細品讀，會很難理解這段文字，其實質(zhì)意思大概是：你們平時對我漠不關心，看不起我，我今天就讓你們見識一下，我的真正的志向你們怎能理解?!
而且，許多讀者認為惜春總是推卸自己的責任，其實恰恰相反，惜春是很有責任心的，其中第一百十二回妙玉被劫后有這樣一段：
“賈政邢夫人等先后到家，到了上房哭了一場。林之孝帶了家下眾人請了安，跪著。賈政喝道：“去罷!明日問你!“鳳姐那日發(fā)暈了幾次，竟不能出接，只有惜春見了，覺得滿面慚愧。邢夫人也不理他，王夫人仍是照常，李紈，寶釵拉著手說了幾句話。獨有尤氏說道：“姑娘，你操心了，倒照應了好幾天!“惜春一言不答，只漲紅了臉。寶釵將尤氏一拉，使了個眼色，尤氏等各自歸房去了?！?/p>
這是她與尤氏交往已一段時間后的尤氏所言，從中可以看出：惜春是一個很有責任心的女子。
另外，惜春在眾女子中可以說是一個年紀較小的一位，她的膽小也由于此，另一個原因便是：惜春是一個講臉面的人，對事情都有一顆“面子”心，也就形成了她的膽小。但是，在一個仕宦之家，哪個女子不顧及自己的臉面?惜春的愛面子也是可以理解的。
惜春是很有預知和洞察能力的，她能從自己姐姐們的命運而看到自己的結(jié)局，正所謂“勘破三春景不長”，又看到了整個賈家的命運。她的大智慧也是因為她清楚地認識到了“說什么天上夭桃盛，云中杏蕊多，到頭來，誰見把秋捱過?”當她聽說妙玉被劫后想到“迎春姐姐磨折死了，史姐姐守著病人，三姐姐遠去，這都是命里所招，不能自由。獨有妙玉如閑云野鶴，無拘無束。我能
學他，就造化不小了。但我是世家之女，怎能遂意。這回看家已大擔不是，還有何顏在這里。又恐太太們不知我的心事，將來的后事如何呢?”以及“做了女孩兒終不能在家一輩子的，若象二姐姐一樣，老爺太太們倒要煩心，況且死了。如今譬如我死了似的，放我出了家，干干凈凈的一輩子，就是疼我了。況且我又不出門，就是櫳翠庵，原是咱們家的基趾，我就在那里修行。我有什么，你們也照應得著。現(xiàn)在妙玉的當家的在那里。你們依我呢，我就算得了命了;若不依我呢，我也沒法，只有死就完了。我如若遂了自己的心愿，那時哥哥回來我和他說，并不是你們逼著我的。若說我死了，未免哥哥回來倒說你們不容我?！币舱f明了她的理智、冷靜與成熟。實際上，惜春是唯一真正有佛緣的人，是真正的“一念不生，萬緣俱寂”，她是自己給自己選了一個良好的歸宿，雖說清心寡欲了一生，卻讓她過上了她理想中的生活，從心理上講，她是幸福的。
第一條自信，不僅是對自己能力的信心，也是對自己追求堅定目標的信心，是成功的第一秘訣。有了它，你就可以走向勝利的彼岸。當中國革命處于低潮時，毛澤東認為星星之火可以燎原。陳一認為重復動作不能起飛& quot他很自信。簡而言之，自信是指走向勝利的導航，是進步的動力。
自卑傾向于過多的看別人的優(yōu)點，超重，這是對自己優(yōu)點的不了解。心理壓力這么重的人，讓自己被動。自卑的心理障礙限制了能力的發(fā)展，使他們失去了成功的機會，最終一無所獲。卑微又走出陰影，前方必有艷陽天！在& quot千面觀音舞蹈奇跡的聚光燈下，演員們在信念和命運的強大，克服自卑，他們的表演贏得了觀眾& # 39；熱烈的掌聲，深受人們的喜愛。
克服自卑，培養(yǎng)自信，是我們的必然選擇。
自負和自卑是極端的心理。在取得一些成就后洋洋得意，甚至目中無人，傲慢自大。這些人甚至取得了一些成就，但這只是曇花一現(xiàn)。項羽在斗爭中起了很大的作用，但暫時的軍事優(yōu)勢使他盲目。結(jié)果被前英雄劉邦打敗了。最后項羽在烏江自殺。
我們要相信自己，但不要自負。我不放棄。選擇自信，克服自卑，遠離自我，這是新世紀的要求，是對完美人格的追求。"談論英雄，你今天就能找到合適的人。，毛澤東充滿了自信，他將永遠激勵我們前進。

前人說得好，有志之人立長志，無志之人常立志，那些無志之人的志，就是美夢，就是所謂的理想，他們把自己的藍圖構(gòu)畫得再美好，再完善，也只是空中樓閣，海市蜃樓罷了。同學們，你是立長志之人，還是常立志之人呢?在青蔥歲月里，每當我憂傷迷茫、徘徊無助時，總有一些人或物鼓勵著我，散發(fā)著積極昂揚的光芒溫暖著我。
做一個有正能量的人，讓自己有動力去前進。正能量是一種強大的能量，它勢必包括一個積極地推動力，只有這樣才能讓你的學業(yè)，事業(yè)，生活質(zhì)量等得到進步。沒有動力是很可怕的一件事，就如同汽車沒有汽油，火箭沒有燃料，植物不再吸收陽光，你只會混沌地過每一天，做著同樣的事，到了這個點自然做該做的事，也沒有什么遠大的目標和理想。難道這樣不夠可怕嗎?你甘愿沉默得像一潭死水原地踏步著，也不愿多些動力去迎接每日的太陽增添能量嗎?當然不是了，當你擁有正能量后，你會很自然地邁出你的步子，并且有動力去奔向新的起點。

大千世界，茫茫人海，每個人就像飄浮在空中的塵埃，迷茫地尋找著自己的方向。繁華的街市，閃亮的霓虹，看似熱鬧非凡，走到城市的盡頭，那里卻是一片黑暗。忙碌的人們，在影子間穿梭，然而心靈什么時候才能找到真正的歸宿?心靈過于浮躁，就會盲目地追求，而到頭來卻還是一場空。
少林功夫講究以禪入武、以武悟禪。所謂坐禪，實際上就是練內(nèi)功。真正達到一定境界后，會讓人致虛守靜、心如止水，塵世的一切紛擾都不會再進入純凈的心田。心靈真的如同一波清水，狂風也卷不起它絲毫的寧靜，驟雨也無法破壞它平靜的波瀾。
少林方丈的二弟子惠石一直以為自己十幾年的修行已經(jīng)將悲慘的過去所遺忘，忘記了自己的身份，忘記了自己的仇恨。那個魏朝王子元覺已經(jīng)死了，惠石是一個新的生命，沒有過去，少林寺才是惠石的起點。
惠石出家前是東魏朝王子，當年高洋篡位，下令屠殺魏朝宗親，惠石在奴仆秦豐的保護下來到了少林寺。我無法想象那一幕幕殘忍的場面留給六歲的惠石是怎樣的記憶。當父母親人一夜之間都永遠地離開了自己，當自己的家園被仇人所占領，當昔日享受榮華富貴的王子淪為沒吃沒喝的流浪兒，命運的無情讓惠石無法接受，他不知所措地跟著秦叔叔，不知道前方在哪里。一塊白糖糕，成了最奢侈的欲望。
當惠石的命運轉(zhuǎn)折在兵荒馬亂的那一年，他來到了少林寺，以求得一個安身之處。心靈沐浴著金光，耳畔響起梵音，佛祖的教誨漸漸將惠石心中的慌亂與恐懼驅(qū)散。于是，少林不再是避難的地方，嵩山不再那么險峻冷酷，一草一木都是生命的召喚，等待惠石將心中的種子種下，生根發(fā)芽。
惠石真正地成為了惠石，不再是魏朝王子，不再感懷過去，不再想著報仇，而是一心向佛，習武頌經(jīng)，成為佛祖面前虔誠的沙彌，成為眾弟子欽佩的二師兄。
師兄弟五人，惠櫞、惠石、惠努、惠忍、惠空，各有各的特點。大師兄惠櫞老實憨厚，待人誠懇;三師弟惠努正氣凜然，遇事急躁;四師弟惠忍心事重重，做事執(zhí)著;五師弟惠空人小鬼大，聰明機智。而惠石卻是遇事沉著冷靜，考慮周全，能為大局著想，是眾兄弟中的領袖。
五位師兄弟武藝方面也各不相同：惠櫞的武器是看似平常的扁擔，與鐵頭功相配合，迸發(fā)出無限的力量;惠努常用一條鎖鏈，束縛住敵人的手腳，使其無法再反抗;惠忍所用的是與他形影不離的母子簫，既能在憂愁苦悶時排解苦惱，又能在戰(zhàn)場上拼搏打斗，是他的得力助手;惠空拿的是一把掃帚，舞起來也有無窮的威力。而惠石卻是赤手空拳與敵人較量，拳腳功夫了得，少林金剛手更是刀槍不入，數(shù)十把劍也可以被一雙拳頭所折斷。
師兄弟五人一路走來，始終是一條心，完成了命運無數(shù)次的考驗，增長了見識，增加了經(jīng)驗，更重要的是，逐漸認識了這個充滿名與利的世界，以及人心的叵測與世事的難料。
就在惠石的意志得到了磨練，漸漸地認識自己的本心的時候，秦叔叔的出現(xiàn)卻打亂了他全部的生活軌跡。從此，他不得不面對以前從不敢想的事情，十多年前的一幕幕再現(xiàn)眼前。仇恨與佛心相抗衡，擦出了耀眼的火花，灼傷了他的眼睛，更迷惑了他的本心!他再一次陷入了孤單，陷入了矛盾之中。

十幾年的修行就在這朝夕之間毀于一旦嗎?不行!盡管他已打出山門，已不再是佛門弟子，走出少林，就沒有回頭路了嗎?我佛常在心中，在山上是修行，在山下同樣也是修行。于是，他仍然拿起經(jīng)書，潛心抄經(jīng)，完成尚未完成的處罰，等到有一天見到師父，告訴他，二弟子完成了罰抄的經(jīng)書。
真的還能再見到師父嗎?惠石的心中也不知道答案，前方的道路依舊兇險萬狀，所有的危險都指向了魏朝王子，盡管有幾千人的擁戴，但仍然危機四伏。眼看著無數(shù)人倒在了自己的身邊，橫尸遍野，血流成河。他感覺自己已經(jīng)成為了罪孽的源頭，所有的生命都因自己而瞬間消逝。
佛光已無法掩蓋鮮血的氣息，走在尸體之間，他已經(jīng)無法控制自己的腳步，仿佛墮入了無邊的黑暗，每一個生命，都曾經(jīng)跳躍著輝煌，都應該有自己的燦爛，而因為他，一切都成為了過去。十幾年的修行，他以為能夠心有所安，而現(xiàn)在他卻無法再找到自己的心。這一切，又該如何挽救?
他回到少林寺，為死去的人抄寫經(jīng)書。師父的一句話最終點醒了他“不是以魏朝王子的身份去報仇雪恨，而是以少林弟子的身份去為民除害”，懷著這樣的一顆心，他與師兄弟們再次踏上了塵世的路途。這一次，目標明確，信心十足，不再像前一次般有那么多迷茫與無奈，經(jīng)過眾人的努力，最終推翻了齊王的殘暴統(tǒng)治，為天下受苦的百姓贏得了自由與幸福。
功成身就時，惠石本可以取得元氏的魏朝江山，而他卻甘愿回到佛祖的身邊，做一名普普通通的小沙彌，生生世世普渡眾生是他最大的心愿。天下已經(jīng)流血無數(shù)，他要為死去的人頌經(jīng)千日，并真心地希望天下從此再無戰(zhàn)亂，再無饑荒，再無分離，再無仇恨。
經(jīng)歷了人生幾次重大的轉(zhuǎn)折，惠石終于找到了自己的本心，他不屬于塵世，那寧靜的寺院才是他心靈最終的歸宿。靜心修行，虔誠誦經(jīng)，使自己心如止水，沒有私欲的紛擾，沒有塵世的眷戀，平靜地度過一生。

If we can speak English well,we will have more chance to succeed.Because more and more people have taken notice of it,the number of the people who go to learn English has increased at a high speed.
But for myself,I learn English not only because of its importance and its usefulness,but also because of my love for it.When I learn English, I can feel a different way of thinking which gives me more room to touch the world.When I read English novels,I can feel the pleasure from the book which is different from reading the translation.When I speak English, I can feel the confident from my words.When I write English,I can see the beauty which is not the same as our Chinese...
I love English,it gives me a colorful dream.I hope I can travel around the world one day. With my good English, I can make friends with many people from different contries.I can see many places of great intrests.I dream that I can go to London,because it is the birth place of English.
I also want to use my good English to introduce our great places to the English spoken people,I hope that they can love our country like us.
I know, Rome was not built in a day. I believe that after continuous hard study, one day I can speak English very well.
If you want to be loved, you should learn to love and be lovable. So I believe as I love English everyday , it will love me too.
