20xx年9月，剛剛從學(xué)校畢業(yè)來到我校成為一名教師，當(dāng)?shù)谝淮巫哌M教室時學(xué)生們臉上那種松了口氣的表情，可能是老師嚴(yán)肅的表情看太多了吧，換了一個新來的老師他們都覺得很放松吧，但是一進學(xué)校就聽到許多諸如課堂混亂，學(xué)生不聽話，甚至故意與老師作對這種恐怖故事，心里便默念著，要給他們一個下馬威。于是，在我教書生涯的第一個學(xué)期，發(fā)怒成了我生活中出現(xiàn)得最多的動作。課堂上有人不專心，沒完成作業(yè)這些都會引起我的發(fā)怒。于是我會在課堂上大聲呵斥犯錯的學(xué)生，只因為覺得這樣做會在全班起到震懾作用，卻沒有去想這個學(xué)生會有怎樣的感受。也忽略了同樣坐在教室中其他的那些滿懷期待等老師講授下一課，他們很好奇的內(nèi)容的學(xué)生。

其實，每一個孩子都是可愛的，雖然他們有的可能學(xué)習(xí)成績有些差強人意，但他有可能是運動會上的冠軍，是勞動中的能手，是他主動送生病的同學(xué)去醫(yī)務(wù)室，誰能說他不是個好孩子，又有誰是完美的呢？

無意中我讀到了一個故事，故事說古代有位老禪師，一日晚上看見墻角邊有一張椅子，是哪位出家人違犯寺規(guī)越墻出去遛達了。老禪師也不聲張，走到墻邊，移開椅子，就地而蹲。少頃，果真有一小和尚翻墻，黑暗中踩著老禪師的背脊跳進了院子。當(dāng)他發(fā)覺剛才踏的不
